Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • All the orders over $75 are eligible for Free Shipping.
  • Most of our oders are shipped out within 24-48 hours after the order has been submitted except for special orders or out of stock items.
  • We have a flat shipping fee of $4.95 on all the orders. If you would like to place an order for multiple items we will combine them and send you together as much as we can.
  • We do not ship internationally. All the orders must be within US. We also do not ship to PO Boxes or Restricted Regions.
  • All orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed the next business day.
  • If item is not in stock we will notify you by email. If we can get the same item for you we will notify you about it as well.
  • You will be charged immediately after you submit you payment information and approved.
  • The free shipping offer is not applicable to clearance or special order items as well as on priority shipping.

 

Returns and Refunds

At Fashion Blossom no purchase is complete until you are satisfied. We are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it's exactly what you were expecting. However, if for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of the ship-to date for the full purchase price minus shipping and handling fees. 

Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged. Please include all proper documentation and return the item in its original box for a full refund of the purchase price. As noted, shipping, and handling charges are non refundable. 

Special order items can not be returned or exchanged. Please inspect your products carefully upon receipt and contact us if you have any questions or need to return or exchange the item. In order to be accepted, packages must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Make sure to send by track able/insured mail.

We are unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged due to unsecured packaging. Important: some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund

Save a copy of the pack slip for your records.

Exchanges received after 30 days will NOT be exchanged or refunded.  Please do not ask. 

Please be careful: You should NOT write "jewelry", or other jewelry-related words anywhere on the package as this invites possible theft . 

 

Refund Processing

All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately 7 to 10 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Again, please attempt to return every item with all of its original materials.

Damaged or Defective Items
At Fashion Blossom we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, however, in the event that you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us or call on the number provided to you with the jewelry. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Please send all the returns to Address provided with packing slip or log in to your account to get the address.

Please Note:

  • Items that have been resized or altered, engraved, appear to be worn or damaged in any way are non-returnable.
  • Fashion Blossom can not be responsible for return shipments that have been damaged or lost.
  • Shipping fees on all orders are non-refundable.
  • Clearance Items (Final Sale items) are NON-REFUNDABLE and EXEMPT from our 30-day policy.
  • Special Order Items are also not eligible for any Refunds.
